Certaines particularités de « l’exception » française…

Comme exposé précédemment, le vieux contentieux entre bourgeoisie possédante et monde du travail est un clivage qui fige la bourgeoisie dans une position repliée sur elle-même (étant très minoritaire), dans une mentalité archaïque. Elle est cependant capable de déployer beaucoup d’imagination pour tenter de gagner… Les conflits sont dont gagnés par la ruse et la force…

En découlent les conséquences suivantes :

-Développement exagéré du management par la peur, au détriment du management par négociation ou participation.

-Freinage des améliorations des conditions de travail, comme par haine et vengeance sur le prolétariat.

-Tentatives de division du prolétariat par la classe dirigeante pour installer la discorde entre travail privé et fonctionnaires.

Prosélytisme débile avec des raisonnements binaires…

-Accumulation maladive et monopolistique des richesses et abandon progressif des intéressements de travailleurs au résultat des entreprises.

-Nous avons le seul patronat d’Europe et peut-être même le seul au monde, qui ne veut pas employer de jeunes, ni de vieux ! Un jeune embauché doit avoir 5 ans d’expérience !

L’emploi n’est facile qu’aux 30 à 50 ans. Mais quels sont les mécanismes obsolètes de la pensée patronale ? (Il faut penser à cela pour comprendre le soulèvement des Français contre cette réforme des retraites : Moins de durée de travail à cause de préjugés imbéciles = pensions de retraites misérables. Les jeunes Français savent cela et repousser de deux ans l’âge de la retraite, c’est avoir une durée d’emploi amputée de deux ans de plus)

-Pire : Il y a peu de temps une négociation difficile s’est conclue entre ouvrier et syndical paronal (MEDEF)… Sarkozy a fait annuler l’accord et supprimer les concessions qui convenaient à tous. Y a-t-il ce genre d’immixtion brutale de l’état, dans la négociation, dans les autres pays ? NON !

-Sarkozy, se substitue aux syndicats patronaux pour imposer unilatéralement, sans aucune négociation ! Y a-t-il cela dans les autres pays ? NON !

De quoi se plaignent les Français ? Précisément de subir des mesures, des lois, des décrets arbitraires, imposés et inéquitables !

Le refus de négociation est dans le camp de la grande bourgeoisie et encore plus de la part de Sarkozy ! « SARKOZY EST PLUS ROYALISTE QUE LUI-MÊME ! »… Il ne veut pas obtenir de consensus, mais seulement imposer par la force, des mesures qui ne profitent qu’aux riches et qui précarisent un peu plus les faibles et les pauvres…

La bourgeoisie s’est enrichie ! La classe moyenne s’est appauvrie, les pauvres sont devenus miséreux et placés hors statistiques. Rien n’est fait pour réindustrialiser ni créer des emplois.

As exposed previously, the old dispute between wealthy bourgeoisie and world of the work is a cleavage which congeals the bourgeoisie in a position folded up on itself (being very minority), in an archaic mentality. It is however capable of displaying a lot of imagination to try to win… The conflicts are won by guile and force …

The following consequences ensue from it :

- Development exaggerated with fear management, to the detriment of management by negotiation or participation.

- braking of the improvements of the conditions of employment, as by hatred and vengeance on the proletariat.

- Attempts of division of the proletariat by the ruling class, to settle the discord between private work and civil servants.

Weak proselytism with binary reasoning…

- Sick and monopolistic accumulation of the wealth and progressive desolation of workers' profit-sharings in the result of companies.

- We have the only employers of Europe and maybe even the only one to the world, which does not want to employ young people, nor old men ! An engaged young person has to be 5 years old of experiment ! How das he do ?

The employment is easy only to 30 in 50 years. But what are the obsolete mechanisms of the employers' thought ? (It is necessary to think of it to understand the uprising of the Frenchmen against this reform of the pensions : less working time because of imbecile prejudices = miserable pensions. The young Frenchmen know it and to push away two years the age of the pension, it is to have a duration of employment amputated of two years more)

-Worse : not long ago a difficult negotiation ended between labor and trade-union paronal ( MEDEF) … Sarkozy made cancel the agreement and kill the concessions which were convenient for all. Is there this kind of rough intervention of the state, in the negotiation, in the other countries ? NO !

-Sarkozy, substitutes itself for employers associations to impose one-sidedly, without any negotiation ! Is there it in the other countries ? NO!

About what complain the Frenchmen ? Exactly to undergo measures, laws, arbitrary, compulsory and inequitable decrees!

The refusal of negotiation is in the camp of the upper middle class and even more on behalf of Sarkozy! « SARKOZY IS MORE ROYALIST THAN HIMSELF ! » … He does not want to obtain from consensus, but only to impose by the force, measures which benefit only the rich and which make precarious more and more the weak and the poor men…

The bourgeoisie grew richer and richer ! The middle class became impoverished, the poor men became miserable and placed except statistics. Nothing is made to re-industrialize or create employments !
